Jess went above and beyond with a custom design for the back that matched the front! She adjusted based on my feedback and I love how it turned out!! Very excited to wear it next month!! 1 out of 5 starsI wish I could give 0 stars! Customer service was AWFUL! The shirt came dull and awful quality. It looks like a tacky sticker and the product is NOTHING like the pictures the seller posts! They photoshopped their pictures. This was such an awful experience and the seller refused to even refund me at all, or try to make it right. And then stopped replying. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

As we told you in our conversation, our shop policies clearly state that we do not accept returns or exchanges, only replacements in the event of a defective item. You told us you wanted to return the shirt because you didn't like the material or the print. All of this information (Bella Canvas 100% cotton shirts, DTG printing, return policy) is listed in the listing details and we are always more than willing to answer questions before purchase. Unfortunately, as a small business we can not absorb the costs of returns based on preference if we want to keep our prices affordable for our customers. I responded to your messages, I'm sorry if you weren't happy with the response you received but you did receive a response.

Custom and personalized orders
We are happy to accommodate custom orders! Due to the limited variation options on Etsy listings we can only offer so many colors/styles. If you would like a design printed on a different color shirt than what is listed, please send us a message through Etsy messaging. Please DO NOT order a shirt and then leave us a checkout note with the change as we will not be able to accommodate.
Sizing details
Every listing features a size chart for that specific style. The best way to find your ideal fit is to take your favorite tee from home and lay it flat.Measure the length (shoulder to bottom) and chest ( armpit to armpit) and then match those dimensions with our size chart.
